Bridgeville Borough Council is seeking applications from citizens who may be interested in serving on the following advisory Boards and Commissions:
Planning Commission: meets the fourth Monday of each month and reviews sub-division, lot consolidation, development plans, changes to the zoning ordinance and community planning efforts. Zoning Hearing Board: this Board serves as an appeal panel for variances and special exemptions to the zoning ordinance and hears appeals on decisions made by the Zoning Officer. The position is voluntary, has a five-year term, receives no compensation and meets as needed a couple of times per year.
Parking Authority Board: this Board oversees the operations of the Bridgeville Parking Authority, whose mission is to operate the public parking lots and metered parking spaces in the Borough’s business districts. The board meets monthly at the Borough Building on the third Monday of each month at 7PM. The position is voluntary, has a five-year term.
