The construction on Werner Avenue is now complete and the road has reopened to regular traffic.

This project included utility relocation, construction of a large retaining wall, new guardrail, fencing, storm sewer improvements and roadway paving. The project was funded by a $500,000 GEDFT grant from the County that State Senator Devlin Robinson helped the Borough secure and the remaining costs were paid from the Borough’s federal appropriation from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
