NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & CONSIDERATION OF A CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION
On Monday, April 13, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., at the Borough Bldg., 425 Bower Hill Rd., Bridgeville Borough Council shall hold a Public Hearing to take public comment on Pittsburgh Pets LLC’s Application to operate a ‘Pet Crematorium’ at 131 Washington Ave., in a Mixed-Use Zoning District in which a ‘pet crematorium’ is authorized as a Conditional Use, subject to §903.29 and other relevant Zoning Ordinance provisions.
On April 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., at its regularly scheduled public meeting immediately following the above public hearing, or at a duly noticed public meeting thereafter, Borough Council may consider and, if appropriate, may approve said conditional use application. The Application, and related, previously approved Land Development Plan, may be examined during normal business hours at the Borough Bldg.
