NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & CONSIDERATION OF CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION
On Monday, March 8, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., Bridgeville Borough Council shall hold a Public
Hearing to take public comment on Antonio Carosella, Fully Cocked Ammo, LLC’s Application to
operate a ‘Light Manufacturing’ facility at 621 McLaughlin Run Road, in a Mixed-Use Zoning
District in which ‘Light Manufacturing’ is authorized as a Conditional Use, subject to §903.23 and
other relevant Zoning Ordinance provisions.
On March 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at its regularly scheduled public meeting immediately following
the above public hearing, or at a duly noticed public meeting thereafter, Borough Council may
consider and, if appropriate, may approve said conditional use application.
