FREE Electronic Recycling Collection Event, Saturday, June 29, 2024, 10A to 2PM. Materials Collected at no charge include televisions (all types and sizes), computers, laptops, computer monitors, printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, computer equipment, radios, telephones, gaming consoles and systems. Not accepted are loose batteries, smoke detectors, medical equipment, chemicals or household hazardous waste. Those materials are collected at the July 24th event.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event, Wednesday, July 24, 9A to 1P. Electronics will be collected for a nominal fee per pound for all devices including tube CRT televisions, non-CRT devices, and other electronics. What can be recycled include: paint/workshop products, automotive products, cleaning products, lawn and garden products, pesticides, car/household batteries, light bulbs, flammables, and accepted Electronic / Freon Waste including TVs, computers, printers, phones, AC units, dehumidifies, mini-fridges, microwaves, laptops and more. Paper Shredding Event, Saturday, September 7th, 9A-11A
State Representative Anita Kulik is sponsoring a FREE paper shredding event. Protect your identity and have personal documents shredded. Destroy all those old tax returns and important papers you have been holding onto, papers with personal information including social security, credit card, or bank account numbers. Papers must be loose – no binder clips or paper clips, and not in binders. Documents will be shredded on-site by a reputable and bonded company.
