The Bridgeville Police Department believes effective policing starts with community partnerships. Vacation Property Checks

Going out of town? Our officers can perform vacation checks to help monitor your property while you are away. Residents can complete a Vacation Check Form to provide travel dates and property information so officers can patrol the area during your absence.

Door-To-Door Solicitation

Bridgeville Borough requires a solicitation permit for door-to-door sales, transient retail activity, and charitable solicitation within the borough. Applications are reviewed through the Bridgeville Borough Police Department and must include valid identification and supporting documentation. Solicitation is permitted Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and dusk.

Safe Medication Disposal

Residents can safely dispose of unused or expired medications through our secure drug disposal box. Pill-form medications only are accepted.

Lost & Found Assistance

If you have lost an item, contact the department office to see if it has been turned in.

Fingerprinting Services

Fingerprinting services are available for Bridgeville residents.

Free Gun Locks

The department provides free gun locks to promote firearm safety within the community.
